Centre Pivot Roof Loft window
The hinge is placed in the centre of the frame and allows the window to be opened to any angle up to 180° for easy access.

Top Hung Roof Loft Window
The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30° for ventilation or fully open to 180° for easy access.
- Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15° – 65°
- Available with Flashing for Slate roof

When you are looking into installing roof windows, you need to first decide on the type of window you want.
- Top Hung Windows– opens from a hinge on the top of the window, suited best for smaller spaces as it doesn’t take a lot of space in the room, and for rooms in connection with a high knee wall.
- Centre Pivot Windows– opens out from a hinge halfway down the window, which makes it easy to open. This particular type provides the best ventilation.
- Sizes – there are various sizes available. Speak to our surveyor at point of survey and he/she will explain the options available.
