The system can hold up to an impressive 500 kg’s per square meter due to its Tri- and Uni-Supports being made from extremely strong engineering-grade recycled plastic. This creates a very strong and safe platform that easily surpasses the British Standard 6399-1:1996 for minimum floor load requirements.

No our Loft Leg and LoftZone loft boarding systems are all NHBC compliant. It does not compromise any new build guarantee. We would not install a Timber Raised system in a new build property.

Yes we check the roof at point of survey to make sure everything is structurally safe.
99% of our installs are completed in 1 day. A 2 man installation team will arrive. Dust sheet all access areas and proceed with the install. All areas will be cleaned after installation and a quick demonstration by one of our team with show you how to enter and exit your new loft area safely.
